App settings highlights

The settings that make the app a front-desk tool rather than just a softphone.

Global hotkeys

System-wide keyboard shortcuts for answer, hang up, mute, transfer and more — recordable on the Hotkeys page, and working even when the app isn't focused. A receptionist can answer from inside the ticketing system without touching the mouse.

HID headset controls

Supported HID headsets control calls from the headset's own buttons — answer, hang up and mute — and the app keeps the headset's busy lights in sync with your call state. Echo cancellation is built in for speakers-and-mic setups.

CRM screen pop

A screen pop opens your CRM to the caller's record on ring or on answer, using a URL template you configure — it pairs with the deeper CRM integrations (caller-ID lookup, journaling), which keep working server-side regardless of which device answers.

Desk phone control

Point the app's dialer at your desk phone instead of the PC: dialing from the app — the dialer, a programmable key, or call history — rings your desk phone and places the call there. The classic CTI workflow: the app is the directory and control surface, the phone is the handset. (A TAPI driver for third-party dialer integration is planned — see the roadmap.)

Tray, startup and focus

The app minimizes to the system tray, can start when you sign in to Windows (minimized if you like), and can bring itself to the front when a call rings. Light and dark theme follow your preference, matching the web client's design language.
