Where Exovo is headed.
And how fast it gets there.

What shipped recently, what's being built now, and what's planned next. Exovo is a rolling release — features arrive continuously as one-click updates, not annual versions — so this page has no dates and no promises, just direction, updated as things land.

Live in the product today.

The Exovo app for Windows

A desktop softphone over the encrypted tunnel — calls with blind, attended and voicemail transfer, a live BLF key strip, a Directory tab, chat and SMS in sync with the web client, hotkeys, HID headsets and CRM screen pop, self-updating.

Video meetings

Meet now and scheduled webmeetings with browser guest links, screen share, recording, virtual backgrounds and phone dial-in.

Microsoft 365 integration

Entra ID user sync, "Sign in with Microsoft", and contact sync from personal and shared mailboxes — independent switches sharing one connection.

Partner portal

Every customer system a partner manages in one console — fleet health at a glance, license keys and capacity bands, support tickets, and each system's submitted diagnostics.

Diagnostics bundle

One click on the dashboard gathers every container's logs, the telephony core's log, live status and a credential-free configuration summary — download it, or submit it straight to your partner and Exovo support.

3CX & Yeastar migration

Import users, trunks, routing, phones with their BLF keys, gateways, call history and voicemail with its original dates from a 3CX or Yeastar P-Series backup — and Yealink phones on the LAN re-provision themselves, no factory reset.

One extension, every device

A desk phone, the browser softphone, the Windows app and the mobile app registered on one extension at once, ringing together — and Cisco 8800 Enterprise phones get three-way conferencing on every network path.

Archived media, on demand

Recordings, voicemail and faxes moved to remote storage list under an Archived folder and fetch back on play — and a store already holding a site's 3CX archive shows those files too.

Website live chat

A one-line widget for any website — visitor chats land in the team inbox, routed through your queues with first-reply-claims ownership.

In development

Actively being built.

iOS & Android apps

Native mobile apps on the same tunnel-and-enrollment foundation as the Windows app — no port forwarding. Android is in field testing now (calls, chat, voicemail, calls that survive a locked screen); iOS follows. Push-woken incoming calls, so the app need not be open, are the next piece for both.

Planned

Committed direction — sequenced by real-world demand.

Built-in warm standby

A second server continuously staging the latest backup, promoted on failure — and the standby is included free under the same license key.

Microsoft Teams integration

Direct Routing, so Teams can be the calling surface with Exovo as the phone system behind it.

Key-vault secrets

Protect the credential master key with your own KMS — Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault — so stored credentials are revocable from your side.

Fleet operations

Bulk configuration across the systems you manage and scheduled updates on your own maintenance windows — the operating layer on top of the partner portal's fleet view.

White-label brand pack

Your name, logo, colors and support links on the systems you deploy — so the phone system your customers see is yours.

Hot desking

Log in to any shared desk phone with your extension and PIN — your identity, BLF keys and call history follow you to whatever desk you sit at.

Planned items are direction, not commitments — order and scope follow what customers and partners actually need. Missing something you'd buy tomorrow? Tell us — real demand is exactly what moves this list.

Ship-fast is a feature too.
