Installing
Download the installer
The .appinstaller file is a tiny manifest that tells Windows where to fetch the package — and where to look for updates later.
Open it
Double-click the downloaded file. Windows App Installer opens, shows the publisher and installs Exovo. Browsers no longer allow a website to launch this step directly, which is why it's a download rather than a one-click button.
Sign in
Enter your system's address — the same one you use for the web client — and sign in, or use a one-time pairing code from the web client's Provision apps button. Signing in enrolls the device automatically; there is nothing to configure by hand. Details in getting started.
Prefer PowerShell?
One command does the whole thing, including registering for updates:

Updates
The app re-checks the feed every few hours and installs new versions quietly in the background. Nothing to subscribe to, no separate updater running on your machine.
Other platforms
The app is Windows-only today. iOS and Android apps are in development on the same tunnel foundation — see the roadmap. Until they ship, any SIP softphone can be provisioned from the web client in seconds.
